Shipping & Returns


We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 across the lower 48 contiguous United States, and $6.99 shipping on all orders under $50. As per local shipping within the US, all orders will be fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days of purchase date based upon credit verification and availability. An email notification will be forwarded as a shipping label is generated. Overall Shipping & delivery times vary based on destinations.

For orders going to Canada, you may be subject to additional transit time, import duties, customs taxes and/or brokerage fees. DoPPE Mart is not responsible for any such charges. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If the package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, DoPPE Mart will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge.

DoPPE Mart is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. Customers are required to provide the right shipping addresses for their orders as they submit their initial request. Orders that are re-shipped to the corrected addresses received after the original fulfillment may be subject to a processing fee of $20. DoPPE Mart is also not responsible for delays OR lost packages by the courier service providers.


Note that delivery dates provided by the couriers are approximate and can change based on circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been picked-up by the carrier you can obtain delivery information directly from them. An email notification will include your tracking number for your reference and records.


Order Cancellation 

We can only cancel orders within 2 hours after placed. Our system automatically transmits orders to our warehouse for processing immediately after receiving them.


No Return Policy 

**Please note that due necessary health and safety precautions, all PPE products are FINAL SALE. These items are NON REFUNDABLE and NON RETURNABLE. Shipping & handling is non refundable. Any shipping delays are fully responsible by shipping courier.

Our goal is to deliver the best product with the best service possible. In an unusual circumstance where you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us. All damages, defects, missing items or lost shipments must be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation. Any issues raised outside this period will not be remedied. Any missing items reported after 72 hours of delivery confirmation will not be shipped.
